if u want to reduce cost then dont add batteries and share solar with wapda.
add solar panells of 3000 watts first and add more in future.
but 3kw system decision is not wise...

masood can comment on solar panells quality and availibility
as he live in lahore which is major center of panells.
in our area we can find only b grade stuff...no tier 1 panells can be find in my city.

but tvp4k and rai4k both working with freecline plugin server.
both showing fifa 2022 in 4k resolution
but unfortunatly both dont have english commentry.
