NO, I tried it but it didnt reduce my belly because I can easily install it in one time only.

I love badminton sports now than when I was in my 20s because, there is no physical contact with your opponent but the problem is only right hand side that can be use when you are playing while your left have have no much use unlike basketball or swimming. is it okay with your body balance?
