- removed shaderman's "rename entry" function from merlin source code, because DMM merged this code to their sources
- SkinSettings: new option to disable menu icons
- Updated German and French translations for new option; fixed typo in French translation
- ChannelSelection: (hopefully) last fix for oldPath initialize
