starsat sr-2000 hd hyper problem

wrong soft.Application sr-2020hd hyper ka messtic se lagaya abi paynel bi band hai aur

short occurred to lnb/ant connection
make lnb/ant connection correct then restart the machine

bhai soft.Application nahi ho raha hai ye errror de raha ha

error: customer in sw is not the same as in box

As Dr Sir shared the link

go for original dump and then load the basic software 1.71

after it load any latest software if does not work then go for 1.78 after 1.71 then any latest software

I have updated star sat hyper 2000Hd with software updation to SR 2020HD super software version 2.29 (0 13 1.0 1) after installing this software no signal power and no video available. And one warning message appearing again and again "short occoured to Lnb/ANT connection. Make LNB/ANT connection correct then restart the machine

I Resolved the issue by restoring the factory default detting

No dude its a software problem. U have to downgrade or install original software from starsat original website.
I face same problem when i install third party software like hyper to tiger t6 software.
Hope this will help
