Confliction between receiver and ptcl wifi

My receiver is starsat hyper 2000hd
I use ptcl wifi 4mb.
Problem ye hai hai ptcl ka wifi mobile aur laptop pe bilkul ok chalta hai but starsat hyper pe baar baar server off ho jata hai. Means server show connected krta hai lekin channel na to red hotay hai na hi open hotay hain. Ager reveiver ko reset kr k chalao to 2 min tak chalta hai phir wapis band.
Things i try.
Restart router. Restart receiver.
Haan ager sim net pe chalao to theek chalta hai

Matlab problem ptcl wifi ki hai.
Any body please help

I have 4mb ptcl starsat hyper everything is ok.
U connected to receiver by wifi or modem
If by wire so connect receiver and modem with orginal cilp problem solved.

mere sath bhi yahi ho raha tha, bar bar server disconect ho raha tha...

taqreeban 110 rupees ka zong per load dalwa lo, 70+ rupees mein 150mb milay gay monthly, wo package laga lo

sim wingle mein aur wingle electric board mein laga lo

mere pas bhi 4mb ka net hai,

lekin same problem thi

Mere pass 8mbps ka connextion hay PTCL ka. No problem in internet connectivity. Lakin kuch channels jo server red kerta hay wo bar bar drop ho jatay hain

connection 8mb ka ho ya 80mb ka, isp to ptcl hi hai na

zong 150mb wala packae lagao wingle se,
winle board mein lagao

test karnay k liye agar android hai to mobile se hotspot bana kar check karo

kon sa package lagaya huwa hai ?

kuch channels waisy hi freezing kartay hotay hain... chahy paid cline ho ya company server,depend on package too

I personally think if u reset ur router then that will be solved the problem. But u have to call service centre for new credentials and thats needs alot of time. I done this for 2 times. And result is in successfull.

router ya modem ?

agar modem ko reset kar diya to aam user k liye tension hi tension hoti hai,

username aur password dalna hota hai, i am not asking wifi a/c

Ptcl router means wifi and modem combo.
And second its actually reset the modem. In which offcourse we use username and password.
But actual problem is this u have to call service centre and take password new. And service centre waits u 30 to 45 minuets. And one more thing when they give u password new then they reset ur port and that actual thing i guess.
