yes you can if your led have vga input and laptop have vga output because up to 30-feet vga cables are available in market
i have used 30-feet vga cable for my projector without any problem.
but if your are stuck with hdmi interface on both sides then try to grab a 30 feet cable and if you didn't find it then last chance is you need a custom made cable

Chromecast is most better option.

Chromecast is costly but miracast is cheaper its only 1000 to 1500 rs

agar aap nay apnay laptop k contents ko apnay LED pa show karna hay tao follow these steps.
1. connect both with HDMI cable.
2. Use Bluetooth mouse and key board.

those LEDs look spot on, but excuse my ignorance what sort of power supply would you use with them?
