HP Fan faulty

my laptop fan gone faulty i have HP PRO BOOK .

i search Regal Computer market but the price is very high 1000 please can some one tell me any other place or shop from ware i can get on some affordable price

if you connect a computer up to the psu, and run a fan on 7v you wont have a problem.

The psu will not like current coming in on the 5v line at all.
