Filezilla edit problem in E2

I`m suddenly having a problem with my Filezilla which I never had before. Whenever I want to add another cline or edit anything in written either through Dream Explorer or Filezilla it doesn`t change and neither can I edit the permission of the files through Filezilla. Any solutions? I`m using Open ATV 6.0 and having Star Track 2020 Plus HD.
