Spark 7111 1.2.86 EPG not work for all channel (Questions about EPG)

Hello, do you receive the EPG program on the Pink channels from the satellite EutelSat 16A (16.0E)? It's about tp. 11150 V 13266 DVB-S2. Can somehow add EPG to these channels ?
I love music from all over the world and fantasy movies 😘
