DishTV Low Balance Application

I am getting low balance screen instead of usual programming but the thing is that my switch off date is 29 Oct, 2018.Has anyone else also faced this issue? Should I just get a card reader and start an OSCam server in my home if this is STB related issue? The box was also experiencing/showing "No signal" after working for some time. I am not seeing many people selling their Tata Sky on OLX despite Tata having a conflict with Sony.
