Dear don't waste your money use Wifi hotspot ,DLNA app . ab to bluetooth ka zamana gaya ab Li-Fi technalolgy ka zamana hai .

If Toshiba Laptop has a builtin facility of blue tooth ,,can check in BIOS by pressing appropriate functional key F1,F2 or F10.
Or you can check in device manager if you find yellow sign against blue tooth device ,install its driver.
other wise you need to purchase an external bluetooth device.

u have to install bluetooth drivers to connect ur mobile or other devices to it through bluetooth. mention ur toshiba laptop model and windows os. will give u drivers for it thanks.
