use wiccard emulator 1.19 u dont need add anything simply active and watch it .
for wiccard 1.19 according to ur image and setting browse forum . everything is here

First Install wicardd 1.19 IPK File via temp or talent

Wicardd-OpenPLI_1.19.rar

then copy and over write config and keys file to same directory and folder with DCC reboot and check 56'east .

not working brother now i am start wicard cam and there i have already softcam.keys with power vu but wicard cam is not starting to open any channels
