Healthy good night sleeping tips


Went to bed only when you feel sleepy.
Use the bed for sleeping only.
Before going to sleep fragrance room with aromatic oils (orange blossom and lavender) because it helps to relax. Be sure to clean the room and clean air and not be too cold or too hot.

If you do not feel sleep benefited from the time to read and quickly perpetuate to sleep quietly without thinking things of everyday life that already have

Avoid going to sleep and you are hungry it may deprive the thrill of sleep and snack evening hours before bedtime not contain fat.

Select appropriate bed and pillow for you to not feel any fatigue, anxiety or sleep disorder and drink herbal tea before bedtime or warm milk.

Enjoy a warm bath before bedtime. No need to worry if any reason the thinner must be a major cause of mental private thinking something.

If you sleep in a new environment, such as hotel or your new home, Bring things familiar to you, such as pillow alarm and this will help you to feel comfortable.
