learnt from these thrilling situations.
like Rizwan bro' my 12 feet is safe but i lost my 9 feet antenna almost 5 years before. it was used for getting 13E @ that time.
later i lost my additional 2 six feet antennas. but it was expected because i used those disposable antennas around 8 years.

cement kee bjoy bolt ka istemaal karain as Golden done.

proper fitting of one bolt having 3 inch" length can bear @ least 200 kgs of weight.
i have fitted 44 bolts to my 12 feet antenna using a wide cage.
but in any case we can't measure the exact force of blowing air to such a huge diameter. all precautions are just for our mental satisfaction. so we should take precautionary measures for maximum resistance.

No bolts, just cement and bricks

For 12 feet Dish, its stand different as your( Golden ) Dish, can't fix with bolts, also more weigh

in my opinion cement can't handle the force as we put it on upper layer of our roof.
i am not convinced with this type of cement layer. yes you can put it for an addition application.
we should spread cement layer alongwith solid bricks to wider area (base) as we construct walls of a house.
