if you are from pakistan, i will not recommend it, becoz internet is very expensive in pakistan,
and you need 8mb atleast without buffering....
and ptcl is now nightmare in pakistan, worst speed, regular shutdown, frequently disconnection due to dns server problem

better to try free android base IPTV softwares, most of the software providing mature links. if you have enough good speed, try on your mobile and then go for some paid service.i am using paid IPTV but most of the watchable channels in free apps providing.
