i have installed kodi in blackhole 3.0.8 but i don't know how can i run local video files and iptv m3u files there are many files to show addons

My Question
1 How to use kodi in blackhole
2 how to use m3u file in kodi player

Meri khayal se ye issue tuner k hai jo C-band k some channels k saat data match nahi hota hai , ba har haal butt saab aap Openspa image ka ek bar Kondli nikalo .
