Asa Guys I have the above receiver in brand new condition but it is not scanning horizontal frequency on paksat with voltage set to polarization.on yahsat it doesn't scan anything when set to polarization but when set to 18v it scans vertical channels only and when set to 13v it scans horizontal ...
