It depends what you want on pc, for example, you want to transfer data (copy, paste videos in in large size it must have at least USB 3.0) and Video Encoding, Heavy Graphics your system must have heavy configuration. I recommend you, minimum you should have i5 2nd Generation (with USB 3.0 port), HP ...
