May be tuner issue, I have same problem with hotbird frequency 11642H27500 with signal strength shows 95% to 100% but channels screeching. I try the same frequency on other receiver & it works fine, so it maybe tuners issue

It may be a LNB issue. My Premium Gold LNB used to show scratched picture despite good signal of 11221 frequency of 16E. I changed it with another LNB and got clear channels.

if you had explained earlier that only some channels of this frequency are scratching then I would have advised you something else ie. just be content of channels you are getting without scratching because this problem originates from channels transmission source.

I am not getting 12015 on 6ft dish in Jhelum in Summer. So I can not tell my personal experience. Hopefully whole situation of Hotbird will be clear by end of shifting of channels from 13B and 13E satellites to 13F (new satellite) within a month approximately.
