the same key is working on other receiver neosat hd plus

I think i am missing something

Brother I am trying to run this biss key on my Dreambox DM800SE OPenPLI Image Oscam Emulator
but nothing happened.

I edited softcam.key as told above
I created oscam.key in /etc/tuxbox/config/oscam/

but ptv sports is not running....

any help ..... where I am doing mistake ...
