Please give me link of camd3 and how to install manually

i am able to get camd3 line but please help me to run it how can i install camd3 in dm800hd

i have Newnigma2 v3.3.2 2012-03-28 image version i want to install camd3 server
it is not available in camd online feed

so it means there are some serverholders who are able to run full dishtv with just cccam emulator.
g_sohata only sd channels are working or hd too?
