No its not signal issue I checked the SD channels are opening fine signal showing 93%

I would never buy a line from other person except the genuine re-seller because it happened with me twice, I bought twice sun hd from different person and later they change the password and sell it to someone else or the line was near expiry of a week or two.

Finally I Fix RTA NEWS to run on Oscam

THere is one extra step you have to do is although the channel is encrypted its showing as FTA. To inform oscam to treat this FTA as encrypted channel you have to add this line in oscam.dvbapi config file
