When you will test your internet speed on speedtest .net, it will show double or triple speed (in most of isps), but with download manager it will be real speed,
In Pakistan, according to speedtest site, average internet speed in Pakistan is near 15mb, but in reality average speed is near 4mb, because ISPs in Pakistan scam, when you test your speed, it will show double or triple, speedtest site think this is avg speed, but in reality isps fake speedtest result.

In my city, fiber internet provider is reseller of this stupid isp, owner of this isp think people only browse and use facebook only.
