When I have problems with receivers I usually take them straight to reputable repair shops instead of trusting a mechanic. If your receiver is stuck on boot despite multiple attempts, I suspect there is a problem with the hardware or bootloader.

Have you tried doing a hard reset or recovery mode? It's also worth checking if there is a specific firmware version or upgrade procedure recommended by Zgemma for such cases.

I think you may need a specialized technician familiar with NAND flash repairs. Consider reaching out to local electronics repair shops or satellite equipment specialists for assistance.

Yes! local electronics shop is the best solution for the receiver, However consider that the repair shop has experience in satellite receivers and NAND flash memory.
But this will help you if you are currently facing the issue, but I think that you have sort it up.
