Bro, use "DreamUp" for flash. However if you still desire to use DCC then use it as under:

1. FTP the image file to tmp folder of DM
2. use following command in telnet

cd /tmp && eraseall /dev/mtd/3 && cp backup.img /dev/mtd/3 && reboot

For oscam use following files:
