Which time this happend after installing the image or you install any skin or plugin ?

After Installing the image receiver boot and stuck on 49% ... Nothing working just stuck on Load 49% remote not working only front button work jab me ye button press karta ho to kuch ni ata sirf receiver ke lcd me . sa ajata hai menu show ni hota or picture be ni hai ?
