This may be the one of the reasons. But If you read post again, you will see that issue is not related to authentication, It is related to ISP.

ask your isp to allow the incoming traffic to specific port ,,, your port might be blocked ,, and try to turn of upnp on your router and manually redirect the ports

If you see the comment of Shahid GEO, the server holder has blocked several IP Pools.

From All above discussion between me and Shahid, The problem diagnosed in specific IP pool which are blocked in Server holders firewall, but ISP is assigning these IP, whenever That specific IP is assigned to my mobile, Cline does not connect.

@ shabbir17
your said problem is having Authentication problem for sure.
actually you did not answer the specific question asked by TAHIR
did you place your problematic line in various receivers @ the same time ?
your problematic ISPs are providing you static-ip or dynamic ?
what is the port of your so called super line ?
additional causes can be discussed step by step. but believe me its not hard to locate your problem.
just 2-3 questions from client and the reason would be there

Tried on Telenor 3G(worldxxxxx Cline Not working more often, but other server holder's cline always works),
Tried on Telenor 2G(worldxxxxx Cline Not working more often, but other server holder's cline always works),
Tried on Mobilink 3G(worldxxxxx Cline Not working more often, but other server holder's cline always works),
Tried on Mobilink 2G(worldxxxxx Cline working some, but other server holder's cline always works),

The problem lies in, various IP Pools reserved by ISPs like Mobilink, Telenor, BTW, issue is now fixed with same scenario, on the ISP changed, which is ZONG :P
did you place your problematic line in various receivers @ the same time ?
Nop, I am very careful of it, I only use 1 Cline in one receiver.
your problematic ISPs are providing you static-ip or dynamic ?
Dynamic
what is the port of your so called super line ?
42000
additional causes can be discussed step by step. but believe me its not hard to locate your problem.

Issue of the problem is diagnosed and I am damn sure that IPs are blocked on the server. Those IPs (or Full pool) randomly get assigned to Clients, why is now working fine for 12 hours continuously without any disconnection? I have not changed anything now, just shifted to Zong.

@ shabbir17
bro hum is thread main client communication ko discuss ker rhe hain'
problem ko for the time being resolve kerna target zaroor hai but service provider end pe possible implementation ko app just assume ker sakte hain.
so reasons ko locate kerna maqsood hai.
jab app 1 commercial service use kerte hain then ye baat zehan main rakhain ke security end pe maximum elements ko activate kya jata hai so connected
clients koi misuse na ker payain.
app jaante hain ke app ki id ke regarding matter "Kristen Stewart" ne bhi point out kya hai' so client end pe problem zaroor hai.
app ki wo service jo app ko problem provide nahin kerti connection stable rakhti hai' wo service provider zaroor kamzoor hai jo security approach nahin rakhta.
app ke pass kon sa receiver hai' aur app kon se emulators use kerte hain' check krain ke 1 time main multiple emus activate hain app ke end pe ya sirf 1
without reason disconnection mumkin nahin. IP Pool' muje zati toor pe is reason se ittifaq nahin.
common Port some ISPs pe temp blockage provide kerti hai' 42000 port ki selection service provider end pe wise decision bilkul nahin.
main provider end pe relaxing elements ko highlight nahin krun ga cause ye service provider ko chahiye ke apne knowledge level ko increase kre so clients disturbance se mehfooz rhain.
