Bhai asy kasy pta chaly ga.. Woh to check krna pry ga k power supply k voltage thek out ho rhy hain k ni.. Kchh boxes main supply sirf 12v output hoti hai( orignal boxes)voltage regulator main board pe he hotay hain.. Kchh main 5v,12, 21v hoty hain china waly receivers main..
Ab ap ka masala lgta hai tuner ko voltage ni ja rhy. Pass hota to thek ho jata..

then I think your tuner giving problem, it happens when LNB cable is short due to some reason. i.e while pluging cable connetor to tuner or LNB..

but before going for that, you should check your cable by removing any Disecq switch used.
