Missing horizontal tps on ku lnb

Explain in what way you connect two KU lnbs with two receivers.

My ku lnb is of starsat which is dual output and i connect each with the diseq switch which then goes to the receiver
I have 2 diseq switch

Then it must be the setting in the antenna menu. Check the LNB power it should be at 13V/18V.

I have china receiver which is commonly known as protocol receiver in the antenna menu their is lnb power option on or off and i have selected on but no result it miss H tps ???

To check the H/V function manually change the polarity of any working Vertical tp to Horizontal and after doing so if the signal of that tp gone then the receiver is working properly.

My receiver scanned first H tps then V tps and it scan the same V tps in the H tps which is common in china receiver

You mean Ary is working on both polarities, as i understand in your previous post you said C band LNB is working properly and the fault is only on KU LNBs. Now if this polarity issue remains on both types of LNBs then there is only one possible explanation that the voltage at LNB is not up to the proper level ie 17~18 volts for H selection.
The receiver sends 13~14 volts for V tp and !7~18 volts for H tp selection, if voltage drops below 17 volts LNB select V tp up to as low as 8 Volts.
First check the LNB voltage with Voltmeter at the F connector and second Take your receiver near the dish and check it with a small length of cable without using Diseqc, may be very long cable is the culprit.

Bro c band tps runs both polarities V and H but Ku band runs only V tps .

I think you are using S.S LNB for C band, anyways check with small length of cable.
