IN Lahore with same size of dish my friend is getting 637 channels but mine count is 500.

You better Install 8 feet Dish, which Lnb your friend using, with more channels, you are using Lnb with Plastic cap ON ?

He is using Lazer LNB.

and on my LNB plastic cap is off.

No cap, If you have some other sats with strong signals, you can use cap
