I had renamed all the files except OSCAM.CONFIG and OSCAM.DVBAPI. After which AXN SciFi also started working.

delete these files from your system using Avril's service as in current scenario these are not needed.

if you wanna use "oscam.user" file then DVB Api user must be same as in "oscam.user"
these settings should serve with more accurate (perfect) results if using just one specific service (Avril)
don't forget to use special list in "oscam.dvbapi"

Is these configure file Works on Startrack 2020HD plus?

As far as I know Amiko, Spark, and any other system with 7162, they all are using SH4 E2 images and with these E2 images when running these configurations should work.
