Dear box works best, some pro and cons according to my epxerince.

Pro's
1. Fast boottime less then 30seconds
2. fast zaping
3. dish hd 100e almost all channels
4. 76e, 56e and 105e full power vu channels support no need for internet
5. sound and picture is good

Con's
1. while changing channels on 100e dish hd screen blank for 2 seconds and come back

so far this is the only problem I have face. I am using 1.81 software, no linux box full implement power vu still, and booting slow on them. and u have to pay extra for cline at least 300Rs per month so i you have cline for 1.5 years u have to pay 4500Rs for cline.
and if u get hyper u have to add 2k extra and after server time over u can still use it as fta or re-charge it gshare. u can't get any good box in this price plus server now a days in market.

still gshare last, and u can also use clines, and so far i didnt see any server holder who have dish hd stable working server
