To reduce booting time there are number of things exists .
1. Above all not possible at clones
2. Processor 's frequancy
3. Limited 256 Ram
4. Kernal version which is not supporting DM old series 64 mb flash any more .

When u use usb and hdd as sister flash keep in mind u r using an other media which is not working like flash but u have forced it to work as like flash with the help of the plugins or addons . So how u can expect that it will not stress for hardware. ?

I think black hole is the fastest image to boot ...really takes very less time to load.......idder box ON kya aur palak japaktay boot ho jaata hay ..haan image load honay mein thora time lugta hay...lekin uski khair hay .....sochta hoon VU plus ka image itna fast hay 2 khud kitna fast ho ga
