It depends, if the issue resolves after removing powerpass splitter then I recommends multi-switch for splitting S.S cband and other simple cband LNBs signals. Use 2X4 type multi-switch witch can connect to 4 receivers ,for each LNB use separate switch and if you want to connect dual KU LNB to 4 receivers then both outputs of the LNB is connected to both input ports. But for S.S cband and other simple cband LNBs ( Not LNBF ) connect to only one input port and leave second input port empty.
For receiver setting, Say if you use 13V input port then in the setting of the each receiver select only 13V in the LNB power menu.

It's not a matter of 2 or 4 receivers it is the working of powerpass vs multiswitch. For example S.S Cband is connected to two receivers with powerpass along with other KU LNBs through Diseqc switch, And if REC1 is using S.S LNB and REC2 is using KU LNB, now this mean two LNBs are active at the same time on the Diseqc ports witch is connected to REC 2. One is KU LNB witch turns on by REC2 and second is S.S cband LNB witch turns on by REC1 and it's signals are present through powerpass at the Diseqc witch is connected to REC2. Both LNBs signals mixes in the Diseqc resulting missing of some Tps.

But as i said earlier if the issue resolved after removing powerpass splitter, witch you said (NOT) in your reply then it must be low voltage reaching LNB. Probably due to long cable or faulty Diseqc switch witch drops too mutch voltage.
Now remove every thing and check with only KU LNB if results are ok then add all items one by one so that to isolate faulty item and if possible Check the volts at the LNB point and share how much is the drop.

I have connected ku lnb directly with the receiver but no results missing H tps.

It mean the fault is either due to long cable or faulty receiver witch can be checked by using a short cable as i said earlier in my replies.
One more thing did you check the voltage at the end of the cable with LNB attached ???

To check the voltage use this setup and this test must be done at the LNB end with LNB attached.

I think you already checked the receiver and if it is ok then it must be due to length or poor quality of the cable used, if it is RG6 then switch to RG11 witch has low resistance.
If you ask some tech guy to find the voltage drop for you then may be i can suggest some way to inject some extra volts in the system.
