I put mgcamdserver line in Newcamd.list
like this>>>
CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300
CWS_INCOMING_PORT = 21000
CWS=mgcamdreciever. ***.***.**************
maybe I have setting in mg.cfg wrong ,
can anyone tell me how his mg.cfg file is set
is this server good for hotbird?

I think mgcamd replace list is most important factor.,,until you update with compatible replace list the issue may exist.

because specifically "kopper" don't need any replace.list file for his system. he dont 've signals of 95 east.
kopper delete "replace.list" file from your system completely if you 've one !
