U r also having freeze using Avril line.
Have u checked for any dropping packets during ping commands?
I think ping rates r almost similar for every server, but the issue could be due to the failing request attempts which r caused by the dropping packets.
Don't know why packet losses is happening only with the Avril's server...

brother i did not try ping command till yet i will try today and let u know the ping status from home, but the freez issue is same as u are having. i have same result with mgcamd and wicarddwith the same line. currently have 2/3 lines with me that's why i use only mgcamd and no such issue while watching dish tv. for hotbird13 i will use wicardd or oscam thats result is good for this SAT. even i have paid line also same problem for dishtv. i think u dont need to worry if having multiple lines it will get u the best reception from these lines.

previously we were using a low grade internet connection for out inputs.
but uponGolden's Suggestionjust now we have upgraded our bandwidth to its double limit.
now server response time should be increased significantly.
moreover if needed we would like to shift on fiber optic.

additionally you can test your connection to our host again for gettings results as i earlier mentioned in my post that our bandwidth is increased.
such clients who can't be able to set up or handle mgcamd or wicardd' they should go for another superior option OSCam.
handling of OSCam itself is also not an easy move but if setup correctly then user can enjoy its testing period.
for educational purposes i'll provide a list by which client viewership ll become smooth with minimum freezing.
i'll also try to update this list frequently as it 'll remain beta !!! so prepare yourself if you can handle the thrill of using OSCam on client side. usually server holders prohibited their clients by using any shape of OSCam for watching tv but i wanna enjoy my testing phase just for learning relationship between server and client. base 'll remain same which is very solid named"Mgcamd"
I have issue with Doscam (OScam modification) on DCW change. Whan I go to some channel it successfully decrypt it but on first DCW change it completely freeze picture! It works good as emulator and decrypt Digiturk on 7east with softcam keys. Doscam is V0.21.
