Tinypic.com blocked in pakistan

Dear admin & Mods... i think tinypic.com is blocked in pakistan now. no image from tinypic is shown in forum today & also their site showing this error see... plz confirm

may be' it can be in those targeted IPs which are not accessable with paki IPs.

it can be but bro i have a little addon in my browser which name is zenmate... most of pplz use this addon to access blocked sites like youtube & otherz that are blocked in pakistan. when i turned on this addon... & checked, tinypic working fine like b4 bcz accessing it through isp out of pakistan through this software. bt from local gateway its blocked...

i use "Browsec" in chrome and firefox both.
i have also "Hotspot Elite" installed in my system. so any option can be used to move with.
