which receiver is best for dish tv and hotbird sharing

i want to buy a hd receiver from rawalpindi! can anybody tell me which is currently the best, i mean no freezing no hangs and should support wifi, 3g power vu, and tandberg etc in reasonable price.

these are 1080p supported but not 4k and nor H265

these are best boxes among chinese receivers but in 1080p
