friends i have dm 800 se v2

now i facing problem when i want to change software but flash not except software
browser show blank patti not show any progress so dreambox experet help me ho can i do it

try to upload image via serial cable

try to upload image via serial cable

with serial cable and what software use to send via serialcalbe ? pl. explain this method
