DM 500 Flash Error problem plz help

All my senior and expert plz help me solving the matter.
Last my Dreambox stuck showing only Green light and else nothing after switching on.
I than start to have a new image through dreamup V1.3.3.4
first it shows connecting problem after many of powering on and off my Dm at last i am get connected with Dreamup message shows that box is alive, I Flash erased my Dm that was Successful
than i start flash Gemini image after 4 minutes at the middle of process dreamup stops with message having error in flash and something lockbits etc
than i tried again and again but of no use
please guide me what to do.

Dear Adnan I have tried almost all old versions of Dreamup but still no success, image starts and after a few minutes dream up shows message "error Upload aborted".
I think the only way to reuse my DM is Jtag method but I have no basics of it.
If someone have so plz guide me or else.
