dialog hd channels

Anybody help me i am not able to lock dialog 45e hd channels on my dm 800 se. Others are locking fine .only 11550 v 28800 frequency not locking i am getting enough 72% s quality. Does dm not support NBC qpsk2 modulation. Can any body help. Tha nks

yes this is tuner problem.
bcm tuner of dm800se is unable to lock this tp.
u will need old alp tuner to lock this tp.
alp tuner is used in dm800.
i checked this tp in dm800 old model ..scanning was ok.

this tp is not scanable in most of receivers include some dm boxes... i have checked this tp on srt2020 but no signals found for this tp there... not checked on dm now. will check it & confirm...
