Need help setting up Android box for live tv

Hi,

Can anyone help me set up my Roku and another Android box for live tv. I have an example wow-tv. If you google it you will know how it looks. it works on mag 254 and mag 250 box as well. They have all the live streaming channels. I am looking to make something like that. Can anyone help step by step.
