error on enigma mode with 2020 hd plus

i convert 2020 hd plus to e2 he is working fine but after i factory default the rxr now when i ok on ts panel the rxr will restart with error how to get new software with usb or dcc and best software for 2020 hd plus enigma mode plz reply with thanks
