Net Connect Problem in SRT 2020 HD Plus

Dear Experts i used SRT 2020 HD plus through TP Link WIFI Adopter to my WI NET and its works ok. But when i connect my Zong 4g Cloud wifi net then its connect DNS Server but didnt get IP from it and shows IP Connect FAILD. Plz Experts help me to connect it properly. Plz Reply quickly i am waiting for your guys reply.

Bro make sure dhcp is turned on in the network ur using & if still problem. try to give static ip of the network ur using to ur receiver than check if it will work with static than surely its dhcp prb. try.

bro its any ip range in ur network. chk the network status of ur pc network. for example agr apk pc pe ip address 192.168.1.2 ya 192.168.0.100 hay to aapny receiver ko isi tarah 192.168.1.10 ya phir 192.168.0.110 deni hay. baqi subnet, gateway, or primary secondary dns same pc walay de do. than chk. pc pe network status chk krny ka tareeqa krny k liye follow the link below

1.first backup your channel data into your usb make factury Default reboot your Box select wifi and search enter the wifi password and by keeping DHCP ON your stb .
2.if problem not resolve conect your stb with Lan cable by keeping DHCP On .
3.if you use only wifi to your box change your Usb Wifi dongel The best one is (Ralink- RT35XXX) .

First of all tumam bhaio ke reply ka thanks. Brother jab main network open rkhta hu to bilkul net connect hojata hai but jab Password set kerta hu to isko IP failed ka message aata hai. I want to use my net with Password. So plz brothers solve my problem.

Ralink is not available here. Two dongle is available one is TP Link 727 which i use and second is Tenda W311. One more thing my other net witribe is easily connected with password. I am only Using Wifi net. So plz seniors guide me.
