in my own view...
admin or site owner has discretionary power to grant any member a higher rank or lower one.
post count doesn't matters nor your seniority like if one have joined from day 1st and the later one joins and gets higher rank.
its all about your performance and work and work doesn't mean posting Yelling, yes yes yes, good sharing or nice sharing or bumping or digging any thread without any cause.
if you wanna see what senior members do and got higher rank just visit their threads and read their meaningful posts..
