PLZ HELP ME ALL DREAMBOX 800 HD EXPERT...

I HAVE DREAMBOX 800 HD PVE SSL84...
MY PROBLEM IS THIS WHEN I AM GOING TO SET THE SATTLITE AFTER SET IT..
WHEN I AM GONG TO ADD FREQ SIGNAL IS 70% AND 80% OK ALL SATTLITE LIKE THIS BUT NO SCAN CHANNEL WHATS PROBLEM IS THIS??
PLZ HELP ME ALL EXPERT..THANKS..

SIMPLE IS THIS MY DISH ANTENA SIGNAL IS OK BUT CHANNEL IS NOT SCAN WHY?

i know each and every thing how config ...
its working f9 before i was watching it since 2 year...
but in ramzan i packed and keep it in trunk but now after eid i am want to watch but this problem raise..so tell me now what i do?thanks

first of all check it with single cable without diseq swtich . if its still same open the box remove the tuner from box and clean the tuner slot with any hard paper inserting it and clean the tuner's pin with dry soft cloth or tissue paper without any liqued.
Then insert the tuner gently and press it .screw up the box and then check.
