Vu+Dou2 tuner issue

Hi

I just bought starsat 13000 HD hyper and shifted my vu+Dou2 in a different room well since I shifted vu+Dou2 is not picking up signals from dish cable I have reprogrammed the tuner but no luck.

Kindly clear it . was it working before to shifting ?
1st check ur cable connections thoroughly .
2nd Is it a single tuner or double tuner ?. if double tuner check it in 2nd tuner . also tell me does it shows tuner in its menu ?.
If the answer yes. fallow these steps
1.Install this software first

2. Reset ur box to factory default.
3. Scan channels
if its doesnt work then open the box press the tuner in it slot and try again . I dont think so due to its strong hardware any kind of major problem can occur .

Affirmative it was working perfectly.

I was using Humax on same cable which still works on same cable.

And in menu and in vu+Dou2 hardware details both tuners are detected

I'm using open blackhole I will install the code and report back.

No luck mate but I used vu+Dou2 I used in old place it worked.

Thank you for suggesting that but my Humax is working ok On same cable and switch.

Only if I replace Humax with vu+Dou2 it doesn't work.

I am using my VU+ dou 2 with 135/ft IBM coaxial cable / 8 pin Diseq. Its working flawlessly .its possible that length of the cable may effect at ur side . one thing more Old boxes like humax has power full psu. it can be the reason it keeps the volts stable even at lengthy cable and weak diseq c to .

In my room where vu+Dou2 works has 90 feet cable and in living room where vu+Dou2 not working has 40 feet cable.
