Starsat Hyper 2000 HD Company server not working

Friends Starsat Hyper 2000 HD Company server not working for last 3 days. Channels run for just 4 seconds and then scrambled. Anybody facing similar problem.
My receiver software version 1.71
Internet 2 MB DSL
Receiver connected through wifi..
Please help

Dear from router remove DHCP setting, they connect, if not working then factory rest the box it will work no problem

Sir problem is there from last three days this happens not even single channel is running...
from router remove DHCP setting, they connect... what do you mean whether it is IP issue or some thing else

ip issue ha yaar, dhcp ko remove kar kay try karain nayee hota tu factory defult karain ho jayee ga, net issue ha aur koyee problem nayee
