12170 H 40700 frequency on company software is not stable

Dear brothers m having a problem with 12170 H 40700 frq. The channels of this frq are freezing in such a way that m unable to watch any program but works smoothly if company server is disabled and only cline is activated. Adopted many measures e.g factory reset, deletion of tp and then reinserted but neither of them worked. If anyone could help will b endorsed. Thanks in advance.

yes same here and its from day 1st i have seen this on 2 receivers

yes brother i have the same issue not opening in starsahre even by other server, other problem in scanning its not scanning all channels.
