Neosat 9900 hd spectra plus satellite list menu disappeared

Hi. The satellite menu of the receiver has disappeared suddenly one day I powered on receiver.
Rest of menus like cas and audio video settings are appearing.
The front panel also shows dotted lines and time on top corner.
I also upgraded to new software but that did not resolve problem.
Please help how to rectify problem.

if u r using ur box with LED tv check its screen ratio wether it is changed . if remote has tv format key press it untill u see the proper resolution picture at ur display set.

Dear the display is there and the resolution is proper. The receiver menu options do not satellite or transponders other menu lists like cam games etc etc are present.

when i select Menu, the sub menu INSTALLATION used to show the satellites and transponders... now there is nothing being shown in INSTALLATION. (right side is empty)
Rest of the menu items like CAS, Games, Information, Software update etc are all WORKING.

when receiver is BOOTED, the front receiver Panel is only showing time and the place where channel was shown shows ------- (dotted line)

please help.
